Earlier this year, we released a new plugin called Sidekick, which adds an AI-powered chat window directly inside the Craft CMS control panel. That project set the stage for Double Secret Agency's Lindsey DiLoreto to give a talk at the 2025 Dot All conference in Lisbon, Portugal.

The talk was entitled Me, Myself, and AI — Using modern tools to never get stuck again. It began with an overview of AI, including the pros & cons, why we should use it, and how the technology will shape our future. The latter half of the presentation was focused on specific tips and tricks for modern developers to leverage AI.

Use AI for “rubber-ducking” when you get stuck.
Have it translate code into plain English to clarify what’s going on.
Let the AI write comments based on your code.
Or conversely, let the AI write code based on your comments.
Upload quick sketches for the AI to generate working demos.
Speak to the AI in voice mode to deep dive on a research topic.

It was a great opportunity to step back and think about where AI is today and where it’s headed. After the talk, several fascinating conversations unfolded in the hallways, and even at the bar later that night.

There seemed to be a shared sense that, however the long-term story of AI unfolds, it has already become an essential tool that belongs in everyone’s daily workflow.
